Founder & CEO of Black Menswear
NeAndre Broussard is the Founder and CEO of Black Menswear. Black Menswear strives to
change negative narratives, build communities through connectivity, and foster economic growth for Black creators. Representation matters, so Black Menswear champions the positive stories and actions of the Black community. As the CEO, NeAndre has led the development of a cultural impact agency connecting brands to an emerging market: the African American man. Black Menswear delivers real, raw, and purposeful conversations through content development, influencer marketing, strategic consulting, experiential activations, and data development.
As a former sales leader, NeAndre focused on recruiting, educating, and motivating
independent agencies and their respective agents about life insurance concepts for business
owners and retirement planning strategies. He’s also the founder of National Life Group’s
B.U.I.L.D., Blacks Uplifted in Leadership Development, to create a home for the ongoing
leadership development of Black financial services agents as part of an initiative to positively
impact the African American community.
He’s a Southern Methodist University graduate, an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi
Fraternity, Inc., and enjoys playing, watching, and coaching sports. He is based in DeSoto, TX,
where he lives with his wife and two sons.
