Undra Duncan

Fashion Designer & Founder of Undra Celeste New York

Undra Duncan is the founder and creative director of Undra Celeste New York. A modern workwear brand for multicultural women. She started designing as early as 10-years old in Brooklyn. Growing up with hard-working immigrant parents, she didn’t fully understand that the thing she loved so much could be her life’s work. After graduating with a business degree from Howard University, Undra moved back to New York to find her way into the fashion industry.

She worked for 12+ years doing product development and management for a few major fashion brands. Along the way developing her own designs and business skills. In 2016, Undra founded Undra Celeste New York. The journey has not been an easy one but fulfilling. Undra’s greatest job is seeing women from all over the country wear her designs out in the world. Mentorship is a part of the heart of the brand and Undra will be launching this Fall IMPART - a mentorship program for young women entering the workspace.

Undra Celeste New York has collaborated with Nike to co-design the first ever Lebron sneaker for women by women - selling out in 3 minutes. She also recently had a successful launch with HSN. The brand is currently sold online, at Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdales. She also recently launched her first flagship store in Newark NJ. Undra is a woman of God and accounts every win to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She accounts every loss as a lesson on the journey.
